Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Here is our refund and returns policy:
Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels attached and saleable condition. Please contact us first to let us know that you want to return an item.
Refunds
We’ll happily refund the cost of your items, but please note that delivery charges aren’t refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage, so please keep the item(s) and its packaging until we have resolved the issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) and place a new order.
Return postage
You will need to cover the cost of return postage If the item(s) are not faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
