      Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
      Processing Time: We usually try to dispatch your lovely orders within 24 hours but our processing time is 1-2 business days. And those orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    2. Shipping
      Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, express, and next-day shipping. The available methods and their respective costs will be displayed at checkout.
    3. Shipping Times & Costs:
        • UK Standard Delivery Up to 4 Working days £3.50 Per Order

        • UK Express Delivery Order before 11 pm to receive your order the next day (Delivery days Monday to Sunday) £5.99 Per Order

        • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1 pm ( The order must be placed before 9 am) £12.00 Per Order

        • Free Collection: You can collect your orders from our pick point at 39 Prior Street, Keighley, BD21 4AX.


    4. Shipping Restrictions
      Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all states within the country.
      International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders.

    5. Delivery
        • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

        • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

        • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, please get in touch with the shipping carrier directly to arrange a redelivery or pickup.


    6. Delays
      Processing Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
      Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

    7. Order Changes and Cancellations
      Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at admin@arjcollection.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
      Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at admin@arjcollection.com to request a cancellation.

    8. Lost or Damaged Orders
      Lost Orders: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us at admin@arjcollection.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
      Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide us photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
